Imagine a World Without Glass. Un-Glass is an immersive virtual reality experience set in an abstract urban environment completely devoid of glass and its defining properties: transparency, reflection, and fragility. Within this monochromatic 3D world, everyday objects typically made of glass appear as pitch-black shapes – solid, opaque, and impenetrable.
Visitors explore the surreal cityscape equipped with a magical wand, searching for these concealed glass objects. With each interaction, previously featureless, dark surfaces magically become clear, sparkling glass, instantly revealing hidden interiors, intriguing details, and captivating scenes.
This engaging journey vividly illustrates the often-overlooked role that glass plays in daily life, inviting visitors to reflect on its essential impact on perception, communication, architecture, and culture.
Un-Glass challenges visitors to rediscover what is unseen, question familiar surroundings, and experience the world anew through the transformative power of transparency.
