Taking on branding, visual identity and store design, COO worked with AISIDI, one of China’s leading Apple Premium resellers, to create ‘AER’, a refreshing mobile brand that shifts focus from selling products to connecting with consumers. ‘AER’, translated from the Greek word for ‘AIR’ and loosely referring to ‘cloud’, celebrates the joy of freedom through wireless technology.

The store targets at three highlight categories of customers: Trendy, Lifestyle and Tech Savvy. To make sure each of these types of customers recognises themselves in the store, COO created a flexible interior scheme. In showcasing the products, three different tables with ‘serving trays’ cater to different target groups. Combining customised graphics with targeted package solutions, products are thematically presented in combination with related accessories and recommended apps and carriers.

除产品展示之外,零售店概念还包含重要的互动元素,其中应用迷你吧是其核心。一条黑色走道从店面入口处通向尽头,随后是一个大型互动屏幕,客户可在此现场试用移动应用程序。屏幕两侧均设有应用迷你吧,在该区域进行培训、支持及购买活动。

To enhance the idea of the store as the customers’ digital playground, the space is designed to facilitate and stimulate a personal and fun way of communicating. Bright, uplifting colours were combined with warm natural materials such as wood. In the layout of the store, the hybrid and flexible form of the digital cloud can be traced back. Painted pegboards cover the walls, allowing display shelves and decors to be hung freely within the whole space and to be changed flexibly. By using graphic inlays in the presentation trays, the furniture can be
used flexibly as well.
